The Ministry of Energy and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) have awarded Island Oil (Holdings) Ltd with the “Export Services Award” for the year 2019.
The awards ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace on Friday in the presence of the President of the Republic Mr. Nikos Anastasiades, who presented the awards.
President Anastasiades commended the companies awarded for their efforts and actions which, in conjunction with the backing of the government, assisted the Cypriot economy overcome the crises and difficulties of the past years.
Regarding the “Export Services Award”, bestowed to Island Oil (Holdings) Ltd., President Anastasiades praised the company and stated: “I wish every success in your commendable efforts which substantially contributed to the overall efforts made for a new restart of the Cypriot economy; I also wish every success in your business endeavours and visions that will also benefit our country as a whole.”
